I didn’t start Glass City Restoration because the world needed another roofing company. I started it because I believed people deserved a different kind of contractor.

Throughout my years in the restoration industry, I’ve learned that the hardest part of home improvement often isn’t the work itself. It’s finding someone you can trust to do it.

I’ve seen how overwhelming the process can be for homeowners. The confusing estimates, the high-pressure sales tactics, the unanswered questions, and the feeling that you’re just another number on someone’s schedule.

I wanted to build something different.

Glass City Restoration was built around a simple philosophy: Neighbor first. Friend second. Contractor third.

To me, that means treating every homeowner like a person before treating them like a customer. It means answering questions honestly, offering solutions without pressure, and understanding that sometimes the best thing I can do for someone is give them advice, even if it doesn’t result in a sale.

I believe in being a contractor by choice, not just out of necessity. I want people to choose Glass City Restoration because they trust who we are, understand what we stand for, and feel confident in the work we’re providing.

By keeping our overhead low and our standards high, we’re able to focus on what actually matters: quality materials, exceptional craftsmanship, fair pricing, and relationships that last beyond the final invoice.

At the end of the day, I’m not interested in building the biggest restoration company in Ohio.
